Twisted chair

The legs, arms and back of this chair are made from a twisted strip of wood. In the small scale model the seat consists of a folded strip  of wood resting on the ground. In the prototype the seat is suspended from the front legs. The design was made for an American furniture competition and only realized as a prototype.
